Sarah Legge is the Principal Policy Adviser for Air Quality at the Greater London Authority. She leads on the implementation of the Mayor’s Air Quality Strategy, and strategic low carbon transport issues. Sarah has been at the Greater London Authority for five years, during which time she has worked on various air quality and cleaner transport issues and initiatives.
Sarah and her team have recently worked on the Low Emission Zone, the proposals for Emissions Influenced Congestion Charging, Local Air Quality Management, and Best Practice Guidance on reducing emissions from construction. Prior to joining the GLA, Sarah has worked in consultancy and academia on a range of air quality, environmental and cleaner transport issues.
